From the earliest pre-viability stages, we have been assisting the client in articulating their vision and developing a brief to provide an expanding list of stakeholders something to get behind. The success of the future project will hinge on its ability to showcase the school's innovative approach to education promoting curiosity, creativity, and the joy of lifelong learning.
Where we really added value was bringing credibility to the organisation, enabling access to a consultant team. This has helped expedite progress by this community-led initiative, a client type often at risk of becoming disillusioned by real estate too early on in the process. We have continued to nurture this special project, sharing in the lesson that interesting projects take time, iteration, dedication and encouragement.
