Work included the securing of a highly complicated and political tripartite landowner's agreement to enable redevelopment of an 18 acre, waterfront site in the heart of the city.

Ultimately this led to the overarching development management of the entire 1M sq. ft scheme and innovative funding of the major commercial element.

Since completion, the scheme has become fully integrated and accepted as the Harbourside of the city with vibrant public access and excellent waterside views.
