BiBO’s Development Manager led the strategic assessment of the harbour’s assets and identification of redundant as well as operational sites in the vicinity suitable for development. Given the high profile of the location and the company a sensitive approach was needed to attract residents, businesses and tourists and exploit the area’s rich and diverse history.
As a catalyst, the project ensured fresh investment into all-important operational infrastructure as well as bringing forward development opportunities whilst raising the public’s awareness of this amazing historic asset.
